rosendo-mateu-7
Rosendo Mateu 7

Rosendo Mateu 7 is a perfume that opens with a very delicate floral top note of rose petals, which quickly melts into the heart of the fragrance. The floral notes provide a light and welcoming first impression, evoking the image of a blooming garden at dawn.

As the perfume evolves, the heart reveals itself with a deeper, spicier character. Jasmine takes center stage with a soft animalic touch, over an Indonesian patchouli that the house obtains through molecular distillation, and brings an aromatic complexity that creates a fragrant core that is both floral and warm.

The base of the perfume is rich and enveloping, with an Oud from Laos and Thailand softened by Madagascar vanilla absolute. Siam benzoin adds a sweet, balsamic nuance, ensuring that the fragrance leaves a lasting and addictive impression, ideal for those seeking a sophisticated, authentic essence.

Rosendo Mateu 7 within the Main Collection

The Main Collection brings together the most personal creations of Rosendo Mateu, perfumer since 1968 and Master Perfumer since 2010. Each fragrance is identified by a number and highlights its main notes below: in 7, they are patchouli, Oud and vanilla, which is why it is also found as Rosendo Mateu Nº 7 Patchouli, Oud, Vanilla. The house presents it as the sum of the Master Perfumer's experience, his son's approach and the selection of raw materials. It is an eau de parfum with a 20 % concentration, like the rest of the collection.

If you are drawn to its Oud, Rosendo Mateu 4 surrounds it with saffron and spicy woods.
