Theodoros Kalotinis is Greece’s first artisanal perfumery house and one of the world’s most acclaimed gourmand brands. Born in Heraklion, Crete, Theodoros grew up surrounded by herbs and spices in his grandmother’s kitchen, where as a child he learned to recognize aromas blindfolded. Trained in Grasse and with a degree in Chemistry and Cosmetic Science, he created his own method that combines high-perfumery essential oils with distilled alcohol from natural grapes. Magazines like Vogue, Elle and L'Officiel call him “the king of gourmands” for his ability to turn desserts into hyper-realistic fragrances. In 2018 he created bespoke perfumes for King Charles III and Queen Camilla.
Cinnamon Rolls: the aroma of cinnamon rolls fresh out of the oven. Golden Cinnamon, caramelized Sugar and pastry dough melt together with melted butter and a creamy vanilla glaze. The special touch: melomakarona, the Greek honey and Cinnamon cookies that add a unique and delicious nuance.
Crème Brûlée: inspired by the ultimate French dessert, this fragrance was created under the Eiffel Tower after a visit to a Parisian pâtisserie. Caramelized Sugar on the opening, a creamy heart of coconut milk and vanilla, and a sweet, addictive trail that recalls the crackle of the caramel layer over the cream.
Coffee Addict: one of the most realistic coffee fragrances in niche perfumery. Roasted Arabica coffee essential oil is combined with cocoa, vanilla and caramel to create an intense, comforting and absolutely addictive scent. Like stepping into an artisanal café where the beans have just been ground.
Pear Gelato: a nostalgic trip to the Italian ice cream shop. Ripe, juicy Pear is wrapped in fresh milk, Sugar and a crunchy waffle cone. Vanilla adds creaminess and the whole composition evokes an authentic artisanal gelato under the Mediterranean sun. Fresh, sweet and luminous.
Lemon Tart: born in a traditional pâtisserie, this fragrance captures the essence of a freshly baked lemon tart. Grated lemon zest and fresh juice rest on a buttery shortcrust base and vanilla cream. The perfect balance between citrusy and sweet.
