It starts very bright and tart, like the peel of freshly cut grapefruit, with a raspberry that gives it a juicy touch. Then the oud arrives, but clean and almost transparent, with a mineral air of stone in the sun, nothing animalic or dense. In the end it settles dry and smoky, with incense very present and a soft wood underneath.
Hommage 1744 is an amber and woody eau de parfum from Oman Luxury, signed by Théo Belmas. According to the house, the oud was captured with headspace technology and the formula took two years to develop. This is the 2026 edition, following an initial limited run in 2025.
